Growth and Marketing Lead (AI-native) — Brisbane

About the role

Tailor is an AI system for hard, regulated work: evidence goes in, decisions and completed work come out, and people keep authority throughout. QWork, Tailor for Queensland Government work, is live. Our mining, energy and defence work is still at the engagement stage.

You'll own how those buyers find us, understand us and start a conversation. Tailor, our AI system, researches and drafts; you check the work, decide and sign off.

What you'll do

• Set the growth plan and report plainly on what's working: enquiries, walkthroughs booked and where they came from.
• Own the words on tailor.au, LinkedIn and email.
• Turn real work into short, plain stories, with the customer's permission and evidence for every claim.
• Run briefings and events for government, mining, energy and defence audiences.
• Keep us honest: what's live, what's being built and what's still research.

What you bring

• A record of growing a B2B technology product, ideally one sold to government or heavy industry.
• Seniority to set a plan and run it yourself, hands-on, without daily direction.
• Clear, short writing, and the numbers behind what you achieved.
• Willingness to learn a new way of working. No prior AI experience needed.

Terms

• Full-time, ongoing employment with Tailor Intelligence Pty Ltd: salary plus super.
• Based in Brisbane. Start date by agreement.
• Right to work in Australia required.
