About the role
Land, sites, infrastructure and buildings outlast every technology built on them. Someone has to keep them safe, compliant and productive for their whole life. That service will still be needed in 100 years.
Tailor is an AI system that keeps an asset's records, evidence and plans in one place. It drafts the registers, inspections, works plans and reports. You check them, decide and sign off. You'll be the long-term steward of an industrial site in Gladstone and its buildings, from the day it changes hands.
What you'll do
Keep land, sites and buildings safe and ready: access, contractors, inductions and daily safety.
Know the condition of every asset: inspections, defects, rectification, and the evidence behind each.
Keep the asset register and compliance records current, and plan maintenance and works over the asset's life.
Coordinate contractors, and report plainly what's ready, what's open and why.
Shape how AI is used to look after infrastructure, from the ground up.
What you bring
Hands-on experience running sites, facilities, maintenance or infrastructure assets in Central Queensland.
Sound safety judgement. A white card and first aid; Cert IV WHS is a plus.
A trade or technical background (electrical, mechanical, civil or refrigeration) is a strong plus.
A current driver licence. You live in or near Gladstone.
Willingness to learn a new way of working. No prior AI experience needed; we'll train you.
Terms
Part-time employment with Tailor Intelligence Pty Ltd: salary plus super, and pro-rata leave.
Three set days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), on site in Gladstone, reporting to the Project Director.
Fixed term to 30 June 2027, starting from mid-December 2026.
Right to work in Australia required. A criminal history check and site inductions apply.
