Tailor is helping shift enterprise document workflows from chaos to clarity — where teams reach agreement faster, decisions are traceable, and institutional knowledge is never lost.
A new approach to enterprise collaboration, built for the regulated, not the generic.
Founded by Bridget Goldsworthy and Knox Hart, Tailor was created because they lived the problem firsthand. After spending a combined 24 years inside Australia’s most complex government and infrastructure programs — Cross River Rail, Brisbane 2032 Olympics, Queensland Government departments, and large-scale renewable energy companies — they watched highly paid teams lose weeks to document coordination instead of delivery.
Review cycles that should take three days were taking three weeks. Feedback arrived across email, SharePoint, and multiple Word versions. Nobody could trace why decisions were made. And every time a team member left, the knowledge walked out with them.
Tailor exists to fix that. The platform collects multi-stakeholder feedback in one place, uses AI to reconcile conflicting input against internal policies, and produces a single decision-ready document with full audit traceability. What used to take weeks of manual reconciliation happens in hours.
We work with government agencies, councils, infrastructure bodies, and regulated enterprises across Australia — organisations where compliance, auditability, and data sovereignty are not optional.
To eliminate the administrative waste that prevents regulated organisations from making timely, defensible decisions.
To compress multi-stakeholder document review from weeks into days by embedding secure, context-aware AI directly into how organisations collaborate, govern, and reach agreement.
A future where governments and regulated enterprises move faster without increasing risk — starting in Australia and expanding into every jurisdiction that demands sovereign, auditable AI.
Because the document isn’t the product. The decision is.
Built from lived experience, not market research.
Every feature in Tailor exists because we experienced the problem it solves — in real programs, with real consequences, under real pressure. We believe in decisions over drafts. That’s why Tailor is built to drive convergence, not generate more content. Together, we’re helping regulated organisations take control of their workflows — with clarity, not chaos.
Bridget Goldsworthy
Co-Founder & CEO
We didn’t build Tailor because AI is exciting. We built it because we spent over a decade watching the same broken review process cost projects months and taxpayers millions — and nobody was fixing it.
Knox Hart
Co-Founder & CTO
Every government CTO asks the same question: where does my data go and who can access it? We built Tailor so the answer is simple — it stays here, you control it, and every decision is traceable.
Review cycles that should take three days take three weeks. We’re fixing that.
